Most of the “free” apps have in-app purchases that unlock additional features, but I don’t think any of these apps require those purchases to be made to have the app be “worth it” to use. Being fairly new to digital art, I went on a quest to find my favorite apps for drawing on My Body Model custom croquis to create my digital wardrobe plans.
